Rajesh Exports Stock Split and Bonus Shares issue Record Date has been fixed as February 05, 2008.

Sub-division of equity Shares of Rs 2 each to Re 1 each and issue of 2 bonus shares for every 1 share held by the share holders (200% Bonus) on February 05, 2008.
